The format is based on Keep a Changelog.

The in-app Changelog link reads this file from /changelog. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_CHANGELOG_URL only if you want that link to go somewhere else.

Added

  • SROI Phase 1: staff social-activity / outcome logging, stakeholder groups, TOMs proxies, evidence documents, /impact/social.
  • SROI Phase 2: gated intake (forms, partner API keys, HMAC stakeholder tokens, VERIFY-only promotion). Data protection review of consent/retention/erasure is still outstanding — do not point intake at live Veteran or partner data until that review lands.
  • SROI Phase 3: Proof Bundle slot 11 (SOCIAL_IMPACT_EVIDENCE). HighGround tree-count evidence rolls up at site level; Veteran employment stays project-specific; Standing Tall 3% is a hardcoded portfolio disclosure (not scanned). Soft attribution warnings on activity create. Missing social evidence flags the bundle PROVISIONAL.
  • Partner compliance Bridge B: Companies House + OpenSanctions /match/default screening, partner compliance snapshot + documents, staff panel on partner detail.
  • In-app changelog page at /changelog, sourced from this file (the previous GitHub carma-earth/CAP link 404'd).
  • Process instructions now include social / SROI documentation (slot 11, HighGround, Veteran employment, Standing Tall) and a toggle between carbon credits and nature-based solutions (trees / kelp).
  • Create project, edit project, and the projects list use the same carbon vs nature-based (trees / kelp) toggle.
  • Projects now show a documentation score (on file / required) instead of Carma letter ratings. Rating UI is hidden via SHOW_CARMA_RATINGS in lib/feature-flags.ts — the rating code is kept, not deleted.
  • Dark-mode text contrast: full neutral scale remaps, Carma green primary on dark, Standing Tall disclosure uses brand green panel + readable body text.
  • Xero Custom Connection client + dry-run social payment sync (npm run xero:probe, npm run xero:sync). HighGround ACCPAY bills can import as site-level social activities; Standing Tall bills are listed but not written to slot 11.

Changed

  • App start runs prisma migrate deploy via a 1-connection wrapper (scripts/migrate-deploy.mjs) before next start, so App Platform rollouts do not exhaust shared Postgres slots.
  • Prisma client caps the pool at connection_limit=5 / pool_timeout=20 and always uses a process-wide singleton.
  • Live carma-vip cap scaled to 1 instance while sharing a small managed Postgres cluster (avoids double-instance connection spikes).

Fixed

  • SROI / data pages showing “Database not connected” when Postgres hit connection-slot limits (Prisma P2037); banner copy now says the database is temporarily unavailable.
  • Deploy health-check failures when prisma migrate deploy could not obtain a connection on a saturated cluster.
